Chris Yim of HappyFresh
Today, we directed our focus to one of the good folks of HappyFresh, Chris. HappyFresh is an online grocery platform based in Southeast Asia. Founded in 2014, they were launched by entrepreneurs to alter the online grocery market in Asia.
D6: Hi Chris! What is your role in HappyFresh?
C: I’m the growth marketing manager and in charge of the customer relationship management for the company.
D6: So you deal a lot with customers?
C: Yes, I do. I help customers to have a better experience while shopping with us. When customers make a purchase, I work with the data that I have to keep things personal and let them know that we care about them which I think is very important.
D6: That’s true.
We’d like to turn our focus on you now. What personal ventures do you have that you’d like to share with us?
C: I actually have a startup called JoeCurious. It’s basically a coffee subscription. We introduce people to quality coffee bean roasters all around the world. I am a huge coffee lover myself.
D6: That’s amazing. What else are you interested in?
C: I’m a huge fan of food and I also really love animals.
